How long will I need to wait to have a reservation ticket from being in a waiting list?
Those who are in the waiting list will need wait until 2 days before the departure time because the only time a passenger can cancel their reservation is only until 2 days before the departure.

What happens to those who are in the waiting list when the 2 days before departure time deadline is already reached the deadline?
When the deadline is already reached those who are in the waiting list will automatically will be cancelled and their money will be returned and they need to reserve a ticket again.

How can I cancel my bus ticket online?
You need to click on the cancellation link provided on our home page. Enter your ticket number and the e-mail ID that was provided at the time of booking and click on cancel ticket.

Can I cancel my reservation?
You can make an online cancellation yourself until the cancellation deadline. However, a cancellation fee will be charged in such case. Please note that last minute cancellation will not be accepted depending on bus lines. Please contact bus companies for details.

I have realized that I booked a bus ticket for the wrong date after the scheduled departure time. Ticket has not been used. Can I get a refund for the ticket purchased?

No, Users cannot pay their reservation upfront at the day of the departure. Users who will reserve a
ticket at eclipseLiner will need to pay at the same time of reserving a ticket because if user will not pay their reservation will not be recognize.

What are the transaction methods for the refund?
Same as the payment, users can receive their refund through gcash, paymaya, bdo, rcbc, or 7/11.

For how long do I need to wait to receive my refund?
Users need to wait at least 7 days or less from the day you refunded your money.
